Through various partnerships and outreach opportunities, TNT plans to train and mentor young men and

women as young as 17, on pursuing and maintaining a tradesmen license through the State of Texas, while

acquiring the hours and examinations needed to be a professional in their chosen fields.

 Once hours are completed, examinations are passed, and the State of Texas approves the final licensing requirements for

each individual, TNT will extend an offer of permanent employment with the company. TNT also plans to

have a staffing agency, where other construction companies will be able to extend offers to these

individuals as well.
